315 Cherry Ave. Long Beach (8 Units), the first property acquired by LMDG Real Estate Value Fund II ("Fund II"), LMDG's latest fund has been renovated and leased at market rents in eight months.
Renovations were completed to restore the buildings original 1920's character. The building was also greatly enhanced in our usual fashion with the addition of modern amenities required by today's astute tenant.
With the completion of this renovation and stabilization, Fund II investors have achieved immediate value creation and excellent cash flow. Our plan is to begin distributing profits from rents in the latter half of Q2-2019.
