10 Units - Santa Monica in Escrow

Recently launched LMDG Fund III has entered into a contract to acquire its first property.

The property is located in Santa Monica in the north of Wilshire neighborhood just a few blocks from Ocean Blvd.

This property will be delivered with three vacant units which can be renovated and stabilized at market rents upon the close of escrow.

LMDG will renovate the remaining units as tenants relocate over the next five to seven years.  We anticipate rents to increase by 50%+ over this time frame.
