Hi Hi,

The first quarter of 2018 is now behind us and there are a number of accomplishments we are extremely proud to share.

In the first quarter we opened escrow to acquire an 8 unit apartment building which we expect to close on during the second quarter.

Through our extensive broker network within the markets we operate, we continue to find tremendous off-market opportunities.  Our current pipeline includes six properties (40 units) totaling nearly $10 million spread across West Hollywood, and the Alamitos Beach and Belmont Shores areas of Long Beach.

As an opportunistic investor, LMDG continues to evaluate single family home investments and successfully completed transactions during the first quarter.  

We are also continuing the process of expanding our SEC registration status, allowing us to increase the amount of capital we can raise annually.

Lastly, our investor footprint extended to the state of North Dakota during the first quarter, taking our total number of states represented to eleven.  This is up from six states at the end of 2016.
