LMDG Real Estate Value Fund II has entered into a contract to acquire another property.
The property is located in the prime Alamitos Beach area of Long Beach one block from Ocean Blvd and a short walk or bike ride from downtown, Bixby Park, and the beach.
LMDG will improve all six units and increase rents by 50%+ over the next 5 - 6 months as tenants vacate the property and units are remodeled.
This acquisition will be Fund II's ninth property and bring total fund acquisition and renovation to $21 million. Once closed to investors, Fund II may continue to acquire additional properties, as permitted by the Fund terms.
