Lujan-Merriman Development Group "LMDG" has been in business since 2005.  We acquire, renovate, and manage apartments throughout coastal Southern California.  Because we operate with little overhead, we can offer our investors a fixed 7% yield.

LMDG purchases distressed or under-utilized property in Los Angeles and Orange County California in A+ locations.  We rehab the properties and then maximize rents.  Our return model is simple, we pay our clients an annual rate of return of 7% which is paid on a quarterly basis and there are no fees.  The term of the note is two years.

Our investment is great for someone looking for consistent cash flow income.
