LMDG Real Estate Value Fund II ('Fund II') has acquired its next property. This 10 unit building is located in prime West Hollywood "WeHo" South of Sunset, North of Fountain, East of Sweetzer just a short walk to The Standard and Chateau Marmont Hotels.
The acquisition presents a unique opportunity for investors as the property sits in the heart of the Harper Avenue Historic District which contains excellent examples of the 1920s and 1930s styles of period revivals built around courtyards. These elegant apartment houses catered to the growing movie industry and were home to many Hollywood stars and helped set the precedent for courtyard design in Southern California
Fund II currently holds eight properties bringing total fund acquisitions to $17 million. Once closed to investors, Fund II may continue to acquire additional properties, as permitted by the Fund terms.
