Renovation Nearly Done - First Tenant Moves in

Renovation is nearly complete at 315 Cherry Ave., LMDG Fund II's first acquisition. The eight-unit apartment building is in the heart of Long Beach's Alamitos beach. 

The building is strategically located just three blocks from the beach and one block from Retro Row and Bixby Park.

The renovation of three units has been completed and tenants have moved in.
