LMDG targets assets within coastal cities in Los Angeles and Orange County.  Key markets include coastal Long Beach, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and strategic neighborhoods within Los Angeles, and Hollywood.

Whether the property is walking distance to the beach in Long Beach and Santa Monica, or a short walk to the Sunset Strip or The Grove in West Hollywood, our strategy does not change.  The focus is always on intrinsic real estate value that translates into long term cash flow and immediate value enhancement.
